Couples Course

The Couples Course is a unique opportunity to strengthen your relationship and rediscover the importance of walking together as a couple.

It consists of 8 weekly sessions (or “dates”) designed for you and your partner. Each session begins with a dinner for two, followed by a practical video talk and a time of private conversation as a couple, where you can reflect and discuss essential topics for life together. (There is no group discussion.)

Throughout the course, we cover topics such as emotional connection, the art of communication, conflict resolution, forgiveness, the influence of family of origin, a fulfilling sex life, and love in action.

More than a course, it is a safe and enriching space to share, grow, and enjoy the most important relationship in your life.
