Christ Church Master Plan
The Master Plan is an architectural and functional transformation of the property to support the growth of our community and continue to fulfill our mission: to be a place of faith, welcome, and service to the neighborhood and the city.
We have a 2,297 m2 property with a chapel and multiple spaces that need to be adapted and renovated. The challenge is enormous, but so is the love and potential of our growing community.
A Project With Meaning And Purpose
We're not just buying bricks and building walls. We're investing in a spiritual home that aims to continue to be present for this generation and those to come. A place where every person can feel welcomed, heard, supported, and challenged to grow.
The Master Plan has moved forward step by step, guided by prayer, discernment, and the generosity of everyone.
Project Phases
The Master Plan is structured in four progressive Phases:
- Phase 1
- Phase 2
- Phase 3
- Phase 4
Starts in the 45th anniversary of CC, 2023 and ends in 2024
In the first Phase of the Master Plan, we made improvements to the exterior with new lighting and painting, a "tune-up" of the garden, a well and irrigation system were installed, and a cross was placed visible from Arocena and Lieja.
Ongoing (2025-2026)
The second Phase of the Master Plan consists of restructuring the existing building by creating a central corridor to optimize circulation and connectivity; the expansion of the nursery, the barbecue area with the addition of bathrooms, and the relocation and modular modernization of the kitchen.
Designed for the current Chapel's 50th anniversary in 2028
The third Phase will include the expansion and adaptation of spaces for groups and missionaries, new recreational areas for children, and the redesign of the parking lot.

FROM VISION TO REALITY
The New Hallway
It has become a gathering point that connects spaces and opens up new possibilities.
The Kitchen
Very close to completion—a key space for connection, service, and community.
Nursery
Now finished, with a space nearly 50% larger, thoughtfully designed for the little ones.
The Backyard & Grill Area
Almost complete, envisioned as spaces to keep building community.
The Chapel
Our renovated Chapel is also nearing completion. The frame is already in place, and soon we’ll see our iconic stained-glass window again—a meaningful symbol in the life of our church.
WE’RE ALMOST THERE
